In this month of October, HTS is overjoyed to celebrate the work anniversaries for three fantastic women: Kim King, Kristal Keever, and Tannya Parker.
Kim King has been with HTS for 4 years and is a Senior Project Coordinator. She works alongside our Project Managers to ensure our projects and clients have everything they need to successfully activate their healthcare facilities. Kim also mentors and teaches her fellow coordinators. Kim “loves being able to help wherever I can”. Kim loves so many aspects of HTS from “our leaders, the teamwork, all of our different backgrounds and expertise, and of course how much fun we all have together. There is never a dull moment with HTS!”
Kristal Keever has been with HTS for 2 years and is our Accounting Manager and HR Administrator. She basically handles all things money. Kristal loves working with HTS because of her coworkers and the passion they have for the work they do.
Tannya Parker has been with HTS for 11 years. She started part-time, helping with accounting and support when her 4th child was 2 years old. As HTS grew larger and new tools were implemented, Tannya was able to learn different tools to help in a larger capacity. As her children have gotten older, HTS has graciously supported her, adjusting into a full time capacity which has allowed her to grow from support level into Project coordination. Tannya now helps with all levels of the project scope, from the initial assessment through the patient move process. What a beautiful journey! Tannya shares a very similar sentiment to Kristal, in that she loves the people she gets to work with. “I love the people I get to be surrounded with, from our own HTS co-workers to the clients we get to meet and collaborate with. I value the relationships I have built with each of my co-workers. They are motivated, inspirational, and high-functioning yet at the same time grounded, genuine, and kind. They inspire me to continue to learn and grow and enjoy the work we do.”
Kim has created so many lasting memories with the HTS team. But her favorite is the first project she supported that took her to Santa Barbara. “It was such a great healthcare organization and I really miss the project management team there! I also love our onsite prep weeks for Day in the Life and patient moves. We really come together as a team and work side by side preparing for our big events. There is always laughter in the air!”
For Kristal, what speaks most to her was the “kind message in my Christmas card from last year. It was comforting to know that management really listens to things going on in the staff’s personal lives. The message validates the culture that HTS cultivates.”
Throughout Tannya’s time with HTS, she has created countless memories. “From our many Starbucks runs and candy buying shenanigans to hiking in Marquette Michigan, walking the highline in Manhattan, eating great food in Charleston, South Carolina, celebrating the move in Stony Brook, New York with the most amazing team, and completing fantastic Day in the Life events at Honor Health in Phoenix, Arizona. Traveling around the country with the most amazing co-workers that are truly dear friends who have become family through many of my life’s major milestones as well as their own. I love celebrating all of their successes and having them at my side for mine!”
HTS is truly blessed and honored to work with these three women. Congratulations to you all, Kim, Kristal, and Tannya for your years of work!
