We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with NewYork-Presbyterian on the opening of the Alexandra Cohen Hospital for Women and Newborns, and we congratulate them on a smooth patient move into their new hospital on August 2, 2020. For 18 months, our HTS team delivered a full-scope project that combined both HTS divisions into one powerful support system for NYP leadership and staff.

With two teams forming one, our Transition & Activation Planning and Building Load & Logistics specialists complement one another with the end goal of delivering a safe, efficient, and timely activation of healthcare spaces for patients and staff alike.

These two HTS services and their teams can partner with clients separately. That said, having the chance to combine our expertise in operational planning, as well as the logistical and technological support behind the loading of a new healthcare space, allows us to keep our clients synced and informed on the operational and physical readiness of their new patient care facilities. This collective pulse on a project aids our team in identifying and resolving potential issues from the physical and operational aspects, leaning on both sides of the HTS team to effectively mitigate risk points.

Thank you, again, to the incredible leaders at NYP for trusting and partnering with us on their incredible Cohen Hospital journey. You will be missed by all of us at HTS, although we will see some of you at NYP Brooklyn Methodist Hospital’s new outpatient facility, the Center for Community Health. We are thrilled to help deliver this amazing addition to the Brooklyn community in 2021.
