Southwest Riverside County is anticipating the opening of a brand new outpatient services location to serve the children and families of its neighborhoods. Rady Children’s Medical Plaza will provide a host of pediatric services including primary care, 15 specialty clinics, and developmental services including Alexa’s PLAYC (Playful Learning Academy for Young Children) – the Toddler & Preschool Inclusion Center at the Autism Discovery Institute, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology.
HTS Transition Planning Manager Ali Broders and Project Coordinator Kim King are supporting the preparation to activate the expanded pediatric services of the 60,000-square foot building located at 25170 Hancock Avenue in Murrieta. Just recently, Ali and Kim oversaw Day in the Life at the medical plaza. This dress rehearsal activity is great practice for the staff who walked through typical scenarios that they can expect when the Medical Plaza opens. It helped them identify gaps and find a resolution to the issues discovered during the day-long event. HTS looks forward to celebrating with Rady Children’s Medical Plaza as it awaits the opening of this much-appreciated and welcome addition to the city of Murrieta.
