2017 was a record year for HTS. With over 13 Day in the Life events and 6 facility moves under their belt, the Transition Planning team worked tirelessly to elevate the level of service we offer our clients. Each year, HTS leadership recognizes the achievements of our staff. This year, two of the team members shined brighter than the rest.
Project Coordinator Jonathan Ahmadi joined HTS three years ago and has become a valuable and essential part of the team. Through his technical savvy and passion for streamlined logistics reporting for Fit-up, Day in the Life, and Patient Move Planning, Jonathan has improved our processes and has made the team stronger by orienting them in process creation. Jonathan is described by his peers as conscientious, charismatic, confident, and professional. He deep dives fluidly from project to project with insightful ideas and perspectives to work in the present, anticipate future issues, and offer realistic solutions. When a meeting drags on longer than expected and the attention of participants is fading, Jonathan works his charm and sense of humor to break the lull and get everyone back on track.
HTS thanks Jonathan for his contributions this year. We are proud to recognize him as HTS’s Transition Planning Division’s Outstanding Team Member of the Year.
