On Sunday, August 20, 2017, HTS facilitated the move of more than 70 patients into Ventura County Medical Center’s new North Tower. HTS Senior Project Manager Becky Sales and Project Coordinator Lisa Martinez steered the seamless move, and ensured that all involved were confidently prepared in the days leading up to the Tower’s activation. Confirming patient census, coordinating the sending and receiving of patients, and ensuring proper communication were key to make the move a success.
The $300 million-dollar project adds 12,428 square feet of new space to the existing facility. It is the largest construction project in the history of Ventura County. HTS congratulates the facility’s leadership and staff for a job well-done. It is an honor to be a part of this history-making project.
