On June 1, 2017, the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center (SCVMC) transition team hosted a “Round Robin” event. Led by HTS Project Managers Jeff Agner, Ann Ahmadi, and Erin Clark, the event drew many participants, and was a great success.

Round Robin validates the expectations for each department, and confirms participants for each Day in the Life scenario. It introduces and connects the Support, Ancillary and Clinical departments for Day in the Life logistics and support, and enables teams to work together to identify gaps. It also confirms communication and notification methods.

Building activation for SCVMC’s Sobrato Pavilion is scheduled for late 2017. Before then, it is scheduled to hold its Day in the Life event in the summer. To learn more about the project, follow the link below:
